1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ck444bit website or any associated mobile-optimised interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

• Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.
• ck444bit does not charge any fee for standard deposits. Any fees applied by the payment service provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Deposits must only be made from payment accounts that are registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposited funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered player. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be converted to real money and withdrawn. • Bonus Expiry: All bonus offers have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each offer is stated in its specific terms.

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be voided.

• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a software error are void and will be removed from your account balance.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity. ck444bit is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward ck444bit staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of ck444bit's technical infrastructure, servers, databases, or security systems.
• Depositing funds that you do not intend to use for genuine gambling activity (for example, depositing and immediately withdrawing without wagering as a form of payment processing).

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ck444bit account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before processing the closure, we will confirm your identity and ask whether you wish to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Account closure requests initiated for responsible gaming reasons (such as self-exclusion) will be treated with priority and processed without delay.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ck444bit

ck444bit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, ck444bit reserves the right to void and forfeit any pending bonuses, promotional credits, and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances not tainted by prohibited conduct may be returned to the player at ck444bit's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ck444bit will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will not reduce any balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting customer support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck444bit, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the ck444bit platform, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
• Any technical failure, system downtime, network interruption, or loss of connectivity that prevents access to the platform or results in the interruption of an active game round or bet.

• Any loss arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ck444bit's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on our part, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ck444bit reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify active players via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version. Your continued use of ck444bit following the publication of any updated Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
